Drop-off points

We use a fully licensed and trusted animal transporter to safely transport our cats and dogs, with high welfare and safety standards. Once we have booked your pet in to be transported, our team will liaise with you to find a suitable collection point for you to pick them up.  The collection points are across the UK and are listed below (these are subject to change) and take place on Saturday and in case of extreme delays, possibly Sundays. So please keep both days free.

We have a dedicated Facebook page which will advise and support you through the travel process, and you can even follow the journey of your new cat or dog with our transporter. Our BU transport team will give you as much dedicated supported about the travel process on a one to one basis as you feel you need.

SECURITY IS KEY!

• Please remember that your new arrival has been travelling for 2 whole days and will most likely be overwhelmed, scared, tired and unsure!!

• Please bear this in mind - they need space and not over crowding and gentle, slow but firm handling.

• Essential items to bring:

• A slip lead, along with a second lead for security (if possible).

• A secure way of transporting your dog or cat home (carrier/crate/harness).

• Towels/blankets/wet wipes

• Water & bowl

We are always on hand to help where needed and all animals are different, but be prepared.
